- Waist: measure around smallest part (circumference) between bust and hips; alternatively, measure around the area 3-4 inches above your high hip (see diagram)
- Bust (women) or Chest (men): measure circumference of widest part, over undergarments
- Hips: measure circumference of high hip area, about 3-4 inches below waistline
